Clinical history, prior treatments, spine exam, and review of studies you bring. The cause is named. If table traction, physiotherapy, nerve testing, or biomechanics follow, order is defined in consultation. This session precedes the plan. Not surgery.

Evaluation, table traction, then physiotherapy. Order and number of visits are defined in consultation.
Before arrival: Clothing that allows access to the neck. Bring imaging if you have them. Tell us when booking about recent cervical surgery, infection, or an implant in that area.
Do not book here for loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the genital or anal area, leg weakness that is getting worse, or pain after a major injury. That is an emergency.
