By symptom
Low back pain is pain in the lower back. Sometimes it runs through the buttock or leg (sciatica). It does not always follow an injury: herniation, posture, sedentary work, or an old injury can keep it going. A chiropractor reviews spine and nerve in evaluation before a conservative plan. Number of visits is defined in consultation.
Low back painA disc herniation happens when disc material presses on a nearby nerve. Surgery is not always required. Evaluation reviews symptoms, examination, and imaging if you bring it. The plan may include table decompression, physiotherapy, and follow-up per clinical criteria.
Disc herniationPhysical rehabilitation aims to restore movement when pain or injury limits activity. It does not replace emergencies or indicated surgery. The plan is built in evaluation from examination, history, and imaging if you bring it.
Physical rehabilitationCombines chiropractic criteria with exercise and functional follow-up. Does not promise results from the first session or replace indicated surgery. Evaluation defines whether adjustment, decompression, physiotherapy, or a combination fits.
Chiropractic rehabilitationAnkylosing spondylitis and other inflammatory spine conditions need careful clinical criteria. Not all back pain is mechanical. Evaluation reviews symptoms, examination, and studies to guide a conservative plan or refer when needed.
